Kick Enbridge off this project, let the other two companies do this project safely, and it should be fine.
We do need this pipeline. We DON'T need Enbridge to ruin it!

One of the three companies involved in this planned project is Enbridge.
This is bad news.
Enbridge has a terrible track record, numerous spills and accidents --
And after two years, their nasty spill into the Kalamazoo river at Marshall, Michigan STILL IS NOT THOROUGHLY CLEANED UP.
For this project to have a decent chance of working safely, the other two companies should break ties with Enbridge and kick them off the project.

At least gas doesn't come with the risk of a spill that can destroy soil and waterways for years. It does lessen our dependence on foreign oil. That's a good thing.

I would like to see more storage capacity in the Dakotas. I read recently they are burning off one third of NG coming out of the ground from drilling operations.

Maybe more people can get off of heating oil for their homes. It may help lowering oil prices and our dependency.
Solar here, windmills now! The future is in alternative energy not OIL. Support the Picken's Plan NOW!

More NG pipelines = more infrastructure which will eventually help with the conversion from crude and coal to NG as a primary energy source.

Next year someone politician will declare that a DIFFERENT power source is better(think ethanol) and politicos will then decide to finance anothewr fly-by-night(think solyndra) scheme to give away TAX DOLLARS.
Maybe we should just give the money o ILLEGAL mexicans to run until they sweat and capture the heat generated to provide electric.
