We already have the infrastructure in place to dispense natural gas. It is called the Local Gas Station. It would not be that expensive or difficult to put in Natural Gas Dispensers. You should be able to find one right there in your home town dispensing natural gas for particular vehicles. Our gas company for Stockton has one right in front of their main offices and they let anybody buy from the dispenser.
