Saw your post at boatmen's, so I had to write you both and it's for his buddy as well. Actually, you could both benefit from doing some of the work yourself, or getting more involved to reduce the cost of whatever you do. I know, I've helped people get it done for less and it can pay for itself in seven to 11 years typically. If you do more yourself or get that cost down, you might see it pay for itself in much less time with the cost increases that are coming down the pipes to everyone out there. I've seen people have paybacks in less than five and six years. Some had there's paid off in as little as three!
