You didn't describe a fuel problem. You described a mechanical problem. Even if it were a fuel problem you had, it wouldn't be a one block or hill-versus-non hill problem; it would be a continual and all-terrain problem.

It wasn't our intention to drive nearly that 800 miles. We planned on only half of that. However, remember that it was in Alaska forty-five years ago. It was quite possible to go nearly a 100 miles to the next facilities only to find they were burned down, full, or closed. The last 150 miles was through mountains. Pulling over there meant falling.

Would love to visit grand canyon or niagra falls or even yellowstone soon. Either one would be great. These boys are happy with whatever we do, they aren't too picky, think it's the idea that we might get a hotel with a pool !!! Lol . Think they might be fish in a previous life.

I don't like seafood cause it stinks!!!! I can't stand the smell.lol, I figure if it doesn't smell appetizing then it probably doesn't taste good either....sound weird? Maybe I'm missing out....that's what I hear. Someday I might try..lol. Did you like kc when you were here? I have never been that far. The furthest was Indianapolis for a race and oklahoma city and Chicago. Pretty sad huh? :) have a good nite buddy:)
